Peaceful Mind

 Essay; Tapas Sarkar

The basic philosophy of a peaceful mind is essentially a state of mind. Each individual is a logical product of a unique mind and body. The power of choice and the capability of negation are completely individual conditions. Therefore, we become what we think; we lack what we neglect. Negation is helpful to avoid some antithetical energies such as indulging in falsified motives, destructive powers, and self-centric selfishness. On the other hand, accepting the factual truth creates the actual existence, the real meaning of life.

Perception of self is significant. The world will continue growing in its own way. Buddha says "Let none find fault with others; let none see the omissions and commissions of others. But let one see one’s own acts, done and undone." My body, mind, heart, and soul, are bound within the possessive pronoun 'mine'; but, I possess easily all bodily and psychological relationships ('I' existing within the body) and perceptions.
