~Tapas Sarkar
After a dreadful war
Of taking or to be gotten,
Of giving or to be given,
If you are still failure and full of misery,
You stay awake in a midnight,
Hear yelling foxes
And the barking dogs,
If you feel disturbed,
It is your fault,
Your own lowliness;
You stay awake in late night,
Hear a lonely owl,
And the crickets,
If they remind you sadness,
It is your fault,
It is your own hollowness,
You stay awake just before the dawn,
Hear flapping unknown birds,
And the falling dew drops,
If still you are hopeless,
It is your fault,
It is your own worth of KARMA.
